Refunds, Returns & Reship Policy
We are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for all customers. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds, returns, exchanges, and reshipments for purchases made through our Shopify store.
General Terms
- Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of 10% will apply when processing a refund request for order with a value of $400 or more (excluding tax, shipping & handling).
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Store credit may be issued if a refund to the original payment method is not possible.
Not Allowed:
- Final sale items.

Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.
- All products must be returned before an exchange is processed.
- Customers pay for both return shipping and shipping of exchanged products.
Not Allowed:
- Exchanges for items in kits.
- Final sale items.

Reship
Eligibility:
- Reshipments are allowed if you contact Super Patch within 15 days from Order Date for:
- Orders not delivered or lost
- Missing items
- Orders stuck in transit (no movement for 5 business days)
- Incorrect address (reship fee of $15 applies)
- Damaged products
- Wrong items received
Not Allowed:
- If proof of delivery is provided
- Reshipments for cancelled accounts
- Excessive requests from the same account
